Platform Capabilities

Ringo delivers a real-time tool designed to simplify the entire process, from req to check while providing access to critical information regarding spending and usage for an unlimited amount of Suppliers. The platform is fully configurable for each Client according to their specific policies, procedures and needs.

Order approvals - Approvals may be coded into the platform for one, multiple or mandatory levels of approval. Electronic signatures, including date and timestamps are tracked and saved and may be viewed at any time. Requisition Analysis - Requisitions are tracked from origin to placement with the ability to duplicate, cancel and extend while maintaining a complete history of any and all assignments.
Resume Submission and Storage - Resumes as well as other pertinent documentation may be directly uploaded to the platform where they may be approved, rejected or stored for future consideration and may be reviewed at a later date based upon individual or skill set criteria. Performance Evaluations - The platform allows for the establishment of evaluation criteria in order to capture and store performance evaluations for internal reference while providing feedback for Vendors.
Healthcare Credential Reports and Alerts - Ringo provides tracking reports as well as periodic alerts regarding expiring healthcare credentials to Clients and Vendors assisting in Joint Commission compliance. Consolidated Billing Invoice - A consolidated billing invoice merges all weekly Vendor invoices into a single invoice to expedite the billing and payment process.
Activity Reporting - Reporting information is provided in real-time for the most up to date analysis of spend according to the specified criteria selected. Vendor Analysis - Vendor comparisons to monitor Vendor service, ensuring competitive rates and quality placements.
Spend Analysis - Through a variety of robust reports, Clients can see total spend across several different verticals. Position Analysis - Analysis metrics by title or position.
