Client Relationship Manager

Laura Holt has joined Ringo in the position of Client Relationship Manager. In this role, Laura will be responsible for facilitating the client onboarding process and management of client/vendor relationships. She will provide high quality service to the Ringo network and platform users while assisting customers after they onboard. She will support ongoing inquiries and will process invoices for approval by Ringo clients.

This is a very client centric role and takes a big picture approach to the entire Ringo process from job requisition, order fulfillment to tech support and sales development. It’s a position that should be familiar to Laura since her background is strong in a similar capacity as the Director of Client and Physician Relations at a medical staffing organization for more than ten years, where she recruited and retained physicians for multiple specialties including; Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, Radiology and Anesthesiology.

With Ringo’s strong alliance with the healthcare community, Lauren possesses the right background to understand her client’s unique needs. She tells us, “In 2006 I began my career in the locums world and ever since have thrived off of the relationships I’ve built – ensuring my clients and physicians are happy with my work. I’ve enjoyed adapting to ever-changing technology and growing in my role by learning new technology and systems. I saw this as an opportunity to expand my knowledge and passion. I am “behind the scenes,” but still wearing the hero cape!”

Laura also has some hands on knowledge in healthcare having earned a degree as a Certified Medical Assistant before moving into more of an administrative capacity. When asked what motivates her, Laura responds, “Having a sense of achievement, doing what’s best and what’s right to hit targeted goals for everyone. It’s important to me to be a trusted partner to the clients and vendors I work with.”

When she’s not on the job, Laura tells us she relaxes with family, her pets, travels and enjoys being an amateur wine connoisseur. Her favorite hobby is watching her daughters play and grow in their sports activities. She likes being their number one cheerleader and says she also keeps busy suggesting projects for her husband’s “honey do” list! We are confident that Laura is a “do-er” herself and we look forward to all she will bring to the Ringo team.
